Returns Policy
We hope you are pleased with the fit, quality and value of the items you have bought. All of the items sent out are checked to make sure they are in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with your item you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 10 working days of delivery to you. All garments must be unworn and unmarked with the original labels attached. Please refrain from wearing make-up or perfume when trying on garments to prevent staining and odour.
We are not responsible for the cost of return postage and items must be returned to us at the address on the returns documentation at your own cost. You can return web orders to our store in person during opening hours (please check these as they are now different due to limited opening times).
